What does Made by Graze make?

Made by Graze makes personalized, custom embroidered totes, pouches, baby keepsakes, bridal pieces and gifts. Every piece is made to order with your name, initials or charms. We were founded in 2024 by Grezia.

Is the embroidery done by hand?

Every piece is custom made to order, and the embroidery itself is done by machine for crisp, clean, long-lasting detail.

How long will my order take?

Please allow about 2 weeks for your order to be made before it ships. Processing can take a little longer during holidays and promotions.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Choose a rush option when you customize your piece: Skip the Line (under 2 weeks) for $10, Fast Track (3 to 5 days) for $20, or Overnight Rush for $30.

Is personalization included in the price?

Yes. Your name or initials are included in the price of every piece. Adding charms may change the total, and you will see the updated price as you design.

How do I design my piece?

Open any product and use the live designer on the page. Type your name or initials, pick a font and thread color, add charms and watch the preview update as you go.

How many charms can I add?

You can add as many as you like. Designs with more than 10 charms may need to continue onto the back of the bag.

What is hot stamping?

Some of our gifts, like card wallets, journals, luggage tags and jewelry cases, are personalized with hot stamping instead of embroidery. Your name or initials are pressed into the material for a clean, classic finish.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is custom made, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Please double check your personalization before placing your order. We personalize exactly what is entered, so we cannot be responsible for spelling or customization errors submitted with an order.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes. If you have handwriting, a special design or an idea of your own, send us a message through the contact form on our homepage and we will let you know what is possible.

Do you make baby and bridal gifts?

Yes. Our Little Ones collection has personalized baby blankets, bubble rompers, bibs, burp cloths and footies, and our Bridal collection has embroidered mocknecks, jeans, veils, pajamas and more for the bride-to-be.
